BFI Mentor Program (BFI-MP)

The BFI Mentor Program (BFI-MP) offers staff a chance to grow—both professionally and personally—through meaningful mentorship and ongoing learning.

This program pairs staff with experienced mentors across BFI and ñ to support career growth, confidence, and connection. Participants meet regularly, engage in guided development activities, and build relationships that strengthen our entire division.

What to Expect

  • Partner teams are matched based on experience and career interests
  • Participation is fully voluntary, and matches must be mutual
  • Partners should be:
    • Strong listeners
    • Open communicators
    • Willing to share knowledge and experiences

Partners are expected to meet at least twice per month, with overall time commitment determined by each pair.

✔️ Want to partner with someone specific? Connect with them first, then list them on your application.
