  • Aren’t sure about counseling.Ìý
  • Aren’t interested in ongoing counseling but would like to speak with a counselor.Ìý
  • Have a specific problem you would like to talk to someone about.Ìý

Let’s Talk is not a good option if you:Ìý

  • Are in a crisis or need immediate support.Ìý
  • Want ongoing mental health support.Ìý
  • Are seeking court mandated treatment or legal advice.Ìý
