Overview

The 2026 3rd Annual Earth Science Symposium is a research conference hosted by the Department of Earth Science at ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ. We’re excited to host this year’s conference on Saturday, November 7th in the Benson Earth Sciences building and look forward to seeing you there!

The conference will showcase posters on geoscience research conducted by students and early career researchers at ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ and will facilitate networking opportunities with representatives from geoscience-related agencies, businesses, non-profits, and organizations. This is an opportunity to reprise your GSA presentation, prepare for your AGU presentation, or share work from other venues.

The event includes poster and networking sessions for students and early career researchers. We will invite members of our advisory board and the local geoscience community to join us and interact with our students. There will be a networking/panel event, and ample mingling opportunities with coffee in the morning and lunch goodies at the end.Ìý
