Starting May 26, 2026, Farrand Residence Hall will undergo a major renovation expected to last just over two years. During construction, access will be limited on Baker Drive north of Farrand Hall, Wardenburg Drive will be impacted, and the road just west of Farrand Hall will be closed to public access. Pedestrian and vehicle patterns in the area may shift, and four ADA parking spaces on Baker Drive will be relocated to the parking lot north of Farrand Field. Nearby buildings—including Farrand, Libby, and Aden Halls—will remain accessible, but visitors should plan for extra time and follow posted signage.
