Bridge Fellows
The Bridge Fellows support transformational leadership development by providing meaningful opportunities to the PLC community.
The Bridge Fellows towards personal, professional, and leadership growth through research, planning, design, iteration, and implementation of the following activities:
- Connecting PLC with new and established leadership entities both on and off campus, and in Colorado.
- Acting as the feedback arm of the program; facilitating program improvement through feedback loops.
- Collecting, interpreting, and delivering feedback about the program through the Program Improvement Survey.
- Planning and executing opportunities for PLCers to interact with student leaders of neighboring universities and collegiate leadership programs, through Student Swaps.
- Initiating and revising PLC’s engagement with the Colorado Leadership Alliance, the Boettcher Foundation, and Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation.
- Facilitating the multi-campus student group that helps design the annual CLA Student Summit with the DCMLF.
- Designing, iterating, using feedback to implement annual PLC Interview days for prospective PLCers,
- Creating and delivering the second point of entry focused presentation at Admitted Students Day.
- Attend weekly FLEXD course meetings, weekly hour-long Bridge Team meetings, meetings with Jessie, and effectively communicate.
FLEXD fellows must pursue excellence and personal improvement because we need innovative and ethical leaders who are going to create meaningful change.
