The Multi-Level Issues CA Fellow supports transformational leadership development by providing meaningful opportunities to the PLC community.Ìý

The Multi-CA Fellow works towards personal, professional, and leadership growth through research, planning, design, iteration, and implementation of the following activities:

  • Creating continuity of instruction and support by attending lecture twice a week (MW).
  • Supplementing learning and aid in understanding through CA-led recitations every Friday.
  • Encouraging accountability and academic excellence through attendance and classroom accountability.
  • Providing constructive feedback on papers, presentations, and other assignments to aid iteration process.
  • Providing additional academic support during weekly support hours (2 hours/week) or by appointment.
  • Creating and maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere where students feel respected and supported
  • Attend weekly FLEXD course meetings, attend Academic Team meetings, and meet weekly with Dr. JulieMarie Shepherd Macklin to stay on track week-to-week.

FLEXD fellows must pursue excellence and personal improvement because we need innovative and ethical leaders who are going to create meaningful change.

(Scholarship = $2500/Semester)
