PLC Socials Coordinator

The PLC Socials Fellow supports transformational leadership development by providing meaningful opportunities to the PLC community.

The PLC Socials Fellow works towards personal, professional, and leadership growth through research, planning, design, iteration, and implementation of the following activities:

  • Managing all PLC social media handles by utilizing personal creativity and ingenuity to drive engagement, increase communication, and foster interest in the program.
    • Instagram (alumni & standard), PLC Linktree
  • Developing and honing short-term and long-term time management skills to keep the PLC Community Canvas page updated with content and announcements for the PLC students.
  • Broadening personal authoring and editing capabilities through the creation of the PLC weekly newsletter – PLC Connection.
  • Engaging with current students and highlighting program participants via social media features.

    • Event recaps
  • Contributing to PLC Alumni group on LinkedIn through collaboration with other FLEXD teams.
  • Attending weekly FLEXD course meetings, community meetings, personal office hours, team lead meetings, and weekly one-on-ones with PLC professional staff.

FLEXD fellows must pursue excellence and personal improvement because we need innovative and ethical leaders who are going to create meaningful change.
