Curriculum & Catalog
- As previewed, we kicked off the workflows for academic program pages in the 2022–23 catalog last week. If you're first up in the workflow, you should have received an automated email for any page(s) ready for your review with a link to access your approval queue.
- To help users get comfortable with the new curriculum revision process, we're offering vendor-led training sessions on Nov. 1 and 3, 2021.
- Thank you to everyone who submitted workflow edits for the 2022–23 catalog production cycle! If we didn't receive any updates for your pages, then the same people who reviewed your catalog pages last year will do so again this year.
- Welcome to the start of the 2022–23 catalog production cycle! Before we open the catalog for edits, we need your help updating the workflows for your catalog pages.
- Each session will provide a brief overview of this opportunity for our learning community and what to expect from the proposal process, with time at the end for attendees' questions.
- For inclusion in campus publications, your department's course proposals must have reached the PeopleSoft step in the curriculum workflow by the following deadlines.
- Do you have questions about proposing or editing courses in our curriculum inventory management system (CIM)? If so, our academic scheduling team is ready to help!
- The target department/unit review deadline for the 2021–22 catalog is next Friday, Dec. 18, so here's a quick reminder about support resources available to help you edit and approve your catalog pages.
- Starting today, academic program pages in the 2021–22 catalog will open for edits, with a target department/unit review deadline of Dec. 18. (All other catalog pages will open for edits in December.)
- Please submit any workflow updates by Monday, Oct. 12, so we can get them in place before edit access opens.
