- This six-week group will be a space to practice sitting meditation in community. Each session will include a 30-minute meditation followed by a 30-minute discussion. Mindfulness meditation instructions will be provided. All experience levels are welcome.

- Free, all-levels yoga classes will be offered on Wednesdays at the Rec during the spring semester for staff and faculty. Participants are welcome to borrow a mat or use their own. Registration is required for each class.
