This four-part virtual series is designed for alumni considering a career change. Gain more clarity about your strengths, personalityÌýand interestsÌýto help you better understand your career preferences. Series includes Clifton Strengthsâ„¢, Myers-Briggs Type Indicatorâ„¢Ìýand the Strong Interest Inventoryâ„¢, along with other exercises to help you identify what’s important to you in your career.

Oct. 29: Determine your innate talents using CliftonStrengthsâ„¢ and uncover your values.

Nov. 5: Identify your personality characteristics relative to the world of work with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicatorâ„¢ and explore transferable skills.Ìý

Nov. 12: Discover your interests and related occupations through the Strong Interest Inventoryâ„¢ and identify your must-haves/non-negotiables.

Nov. 19: Compile all your assessment results and career exercises on your Snapshot Summary. Determine take-aways and next steps.
